Drugs and the courts:
Out in Wise they are rounding up an OxyCotin ring.The 9th has decided that there should be no punishment for doctors prescribing marijuana. Surprisingly, the Bush administration does not agree and
it wants the federal supreme court to overturn the 9th yet again.
