DUI Plates for Ohio

As discussed previously here, this is the plate which Ohio will use for those convicted of DUI's who want restricted licenses. And, as previously discussed here's what law enforcement has to say:

The new mandated use of these special license plates could help law enforcement in identifying multiple offenders. These drivers are typically the most dangerous offenders on the streets.

So now people are going to get pulled over, under the thinnest of pretexts, for the color of their plates.

I must say that I am impressed with the Sheriff's candor as to the collateral effects of this new law.
