It's good to know their time in juvie did them some good though.(And, by the way, dumb for putting a "to do" list on her arm, or dumb because she forgot to get the money even though it was listed on her arm?)
I think it was all kind of cummulative.As for juvenile detention centers, I've yet to see one which I thought was helping the kids in it.
