Not Manslaughter - Just Violating the Oath of Office
accused of fatally shooting a teenager during a traffic stop and then planting a knife in the young man's truck to mislead investigators
has been found not guilty of involuntary manslaughter and tampering with evidence, but guilty of making false statements and writings and for violation of his oath of office.
