Seems that one one level the decision in Kelso v. Commonwealth is pretty obvious, since it just cited prior Virginia Supreme Court precedent.

I guess one could argue that a jury of their peers can only come from their own county, but I do not think it is a persuasive argument.

I can see how people could disagree with the decision though.
